Overview:
I am seeking a resilient and motivated set of people to join our team. As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various painting and labor tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in masonry, welding, blueprint reading, power tools, carpentry, and general maintenance person skills, as well as people who may lack such experience, as in depth training is included.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Assist with general labor tasks such as moving materials, cleaning work areas, and operating a variety of tools
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards
